Fitness expert Pam Mazzuca Prebeg helps you to continue to develop your muscular strength. You will need: a step or low bench, a higher step or bench, two dumbbells (or two full 1-litre water bottles) and an exercise band.
Pam's workout includes: the box lateral shuffle, squat and press, step-ups, penguin walk, reverse fly, dead bug and the upward dog.
